HOURS OF OPERATION:

Due to COVID-19, these are our current hours of operation.  We will revert back to normal hours August 1, 2020.  Currently, we are open 6 days a week for all your urgent care needs, including COVID-19 testing.  Please use our online check-in on the home page or call during office hours.  205-477-3737

        Monday – Friday:  8:00 A.M.  –  5:00 P.M.

        Saturday:  8:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

        Sunday: Closed

Because of the amount of time required to provide quality medical services adequately, Middle Creek has implemented a cut off time for new patient check-ins. We will accept new patient check-ins for medical treatment up until 30 minutes prior to closing. Patients presenting after this time will be referred to the emergency room or recommended to return the next business day. We recommend calling the clinic if your arrival time is anticipated to be within 30 minutes of our scheduled closing time.
