To better serve you, we have updated our patient accounts portal.  To access your Patient Portal, please click on the link below that matches your visit date.

Please follow the instructions below:

1.  Click on “View Your Health Record”

2.  Login to Portal Account

3.  Click on “See Statement Details”

4.  Click on “Pay Bill”
